I have been working in the Talent Aquistion and Engagment field for over 15 years. I am skilled at working with executive level leadership to provide business value through people and HR solutions. My distinct strengths are in talent and HR strategy development, employee engagement and retention solutions, and data-based decision making.
In my nine year journey at Pillar I have grown and experienced numerous roles and positions. Pillar's philosophy is hire great people and allow them to learn and grow. I have personally seen this in action in my own career.
