I am co-founder at The Working Octopus where we focus on delivering digital strategies that maximise customer engagement and customer self-management through an online self service channel. Our delivery programs are built around agile methodologies because we have found it’s the most effective way of staying true to the company vision and building in a process of continuous improvement.

With 20+ years experience in commercial and customer aspects for online and eCommerce projects, I have worked across the full project lifecycle from digital strategy, business case, customer adoption and effort analysis, project delivery oversight, operational benefit realisation.
