Agile demands high levels of collaboration among members in strong cross-functional teams and across the organizations as a whole.
This session explores the organization's formal "known" structure, the informal structure, and the value creation structure. Understanding these structures helps to understand how communication really works and more importantly how work really gets done. Based on the understanding of the formal, informal, and value structures we explore their impacts on agile transformations, approaches to those transformations.
